If you have made a short  film or animation, live in Philly…or very close by, and want people to see it, here is your chance.

Rules…
1. Films must be no longer than 10 minutes (give or take).
2.  You can submit as many films as you want by sending in a DVD or e-mailing a video or link.
    -Selected artists will need to send in a high resolution DVD for the screening.
    -Films may have been shown at other screenings.
    -Artists retain all rights to their work.
3. Entries must be received by May 16, 2008 by 5:00 pm!

Prizes will be given for best animation, best short film, and best short-short. Winners will be picked by the audience at the screening.

The Picture Show will debut
