PositiveSpace is a non-profit artists group dedicated to creating a network of local artists to exchange ideas and resources, creating new opportunities for artists and integrating art into the community in which we live.

Our network of local artists who collaborate for an exchange of information and resources to further the development of creative concepts and ideas, as well as create new opportunities for emerging and established arts by integrating art into the community in which we live.

POSITIVESPACE represents a broad range of the visual, audio and performing arts. Through a variety of events, exhibitions and installations, PS aims to establish itself as a multi-faceted artists association based primarily in Fishtown, but with an eye for the whole of Philadelphia and then the world…

POSITIVESPACE became a 501C3 non-profit organization in December 2003.

POSITIVESPACE receives state arts funding support through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
